about

"The Famines' latest release, a two-song seven-inch record, finds the band kicking down the garage door on Side A's 'Free Love Is a Sales Technique,' a blast from the past in equal parts spirit and sound—two minutes of catchy-as-hell crashes and booms that pave the way for Side B's 'The First World War,' a mean-as-hell counterpoint to the first side.
